FOUNDRY

Seven furnaces, 43 tons of melt

8,830 m² in Portugal and 2,200 m² in Morocco, with furnaces of 15, 8 and 5 tons in Campos VNC and four more in Tanger.

MACHINING

Robotic CNC cells at work

Two robotic cells surface-mill FP propellers up to 12 tons, Ø 4,600 mm, with a 3.3 m spherical reach per robot.

965 propellers, 858 blades and 153 hubs, caps and components left the two foundries last year.
